This Breton, son of a baker and a master griddle, has experience of nearly twenty years in the kitchen. If he worked in many countries, he gained most of his knowledge amid the Swiss mountains. During ten years, Ludovic Le Goardet was perfected with Daniel Ficht at the Auberge de Pinchat awarded of two Michelin stars. Entered as a pastry, he held the position of Executive Chef when he leaves this restaurant of Carouge to reach the Italian Chef of President Wilson (Four Seasons Hotel) in Geneva before taking over the menu of Bistrot du Boeuf Rouge.
