Born in Avignon, Julien ALLANO acquires its experience with the best restaurant in the region.

Nominated in 2007 Chef of “La Mirande” in Avignon, it maintains the Michelin star and accepts the direction of the cuisine of Palm Beach in Ajaccio (also 1 * Michelin). Passionate, Julien chose the Clair de la Plume to express seasonal cuisine centered on product authenticity. His motto : evolution in tradition.

On february 2nd 2015, the restaurant got its one Michelin star.
